Same wording of the post and everything. I only made the scope of dhcp ips I wanted which were usually in the center of the range. My reservations only reached half of the ip addressed on thescope but whenever I add additional reservation it says "IP is not available". Upon further investigation I found that this MAC is somehow mapped to another reservation and isn't visible, in a way its lingering. Check This Out
